CAR Storage options
At Car Keepers, we offer two secure indoor storage solutions at our Surrey Heath facility designed to safely store and protect your pride and joy.
CLIMATE-CONTROLLED STORAGE
Vehicles are stored inside dehumidified buildings and AirChambers. This controlled environment prevents condensation and corrosion while remaining gentle on delicate materials such as rubber, wood, and leather.
STANDARD STORAGE
Vehicles are stored inside our non-dehumidified building. This is an ideal option for short-term stays and for cars that do not require strict climate control.

Security
Security is insurance-approved, featuring Grade 3 dual-communication intruder alarm systems, 24-hour remote CCTV monitoring, and key-coded electronic access gates.
The owner’s residence is located on site, ensuring immediate, hands-on support at all times.
Vehicles in our care are insured in the unlikely event of accidental damage, fire, or theft.

Clients can access their vehicle as often as they wish. If you would like to use your car during its storage period, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice before collection. Your vehicle will be prepared in advance and carefully checked back in on its return.
Access is available during working hours, Monday to Saturday, by appointment.
24/7/365 access can also be arranged upon request.
Pre-Storage
When your vehicle arrives at our facility, it undergoes a thorough check-in process before being carefully prepared and placed into storage.
- 360° walk-around video recording
- Digital records of photographs and mileage
- Unique ID assigned and keys tagged
- Carefully washed, dried, and vacuumed (or detailed etc)
- Interior protection applied to drivers seat, steering wheel and floor
- Brakes applied to remove flash rust
- Tyre pressures increased for storage to prevent flat spots
Ongoing Care
Once your vehicle has passed through our induction process, it is accepted into the storage area of our facility and allocated a bay.
- Vehicle permanently connected to a CTEK battery conditioner
- Daily inspections of vehicles and buildings
- 14 days – battery status and fluid leaks checks
- 30 days – fluids and tyre pressure checks
- 60 days – vehicle run up to operating temperature (optional)

cOLLECTION
When using a vehicle stored with Car Keepers, we want the experience to be seamless. Before collection, we make sure your vehicle is perfectly prepared.
- MOT & Road Tax Validity Checked
- Battery, lights and horn checked
- Tyre pressures set to normal levels
- Electronics including radio, and clock checked
- Door to door driven delivery available or collect directly from us
- We can arrange enclosed transportation upon request

can I Access my car during storage?

For security purposes we do not disclose our exact location. For general planning, we are based in West End, Surrey just 5 minutes from Junction 3 of the M3 . Please contact us with your enquiry to receive further details.
how much does Car Storage Cost?
Climate-controlled storage: £245 + VAT per month
Standard storage: £205 + VAT per month
These rates apply to vehicles up to 5 metres in length and 2 metres in width; larger vehicles will incur a surcharge.
Do you maintain the Battery during Storage?
All vehicles are attached to a CTEK conditioner for the entire duration of storage.
Tyre Flat Spots
Tyres are inflated to 40–45 psi to prevent flat spots while vehicles are in storage. We monitor tyre pressure throughout the storage period and top up when required.
Can I swap Cars in Storage?
Clients are free to swap vehicles in storage at any time. If you’d like to bring your daily car and take your stored vehicle out for a few hours or over the weekend, we can provide parking on the estate.
Heathrow Airport
Located just 20 minutes from Heathrow Airport, our site offers convenient drop-off and collection for international clients. We can also arrange for vehicles to be picked up from or delivered directly to the airport.
cAN yoU pICK-UP/DROP-OFF AT TRAIN sTATION?
Certainly. We are conveniently located just 10 minutes from Woking Station and provide complimentary collection and drop-off services. Woking Station is also only around 30 minutes from London Waterloo, making access quick and easy.
dO yoU oFFER tRANSPORTATION sERVICES?
For local journeys, our professional drivers provide convenient door-to-door delivery. We also offer secure enclosed transport for vehicle relocation.
hOW doES iNSURANCE WORK?
Vehicles in our care are insured in the unlikely event of damage, fire, or theft. Clients are also required to maintain their own insurance covering the full value of their vehicle and to inform their insurer that the vehicle is stored at our facility.
cAN i Sell My Vehicle from The Facility?
For the privacy and security of all occupants, sales activities are strictly prohibited at the premises.
