Car Keepers is a secure car storage facility nestled away in West End, Surrey. Founded in 2013, the business began with a single storage unit on the owner’s private countryside estate. Over the years, it has evolved into a collection of sympathetically repurposed facilities, now home to an exceptional range of cherished vehicles owned by collectors, enthusiasts, and investors alike. We provide a fully managed approach to vehicle care, acting as a single point of contact for every owner. From transport and detailing to servicing, wheel refurbishment, and MOT preparation, every aspect is carefully coordinated on your behalf.
Situated within the M3–A3 corridor, just minutes from Junction 3 of the M3, we offer excellent access across Surrey, London, Berkshire, and North Hampshire. We work with collectors and enthusiasts throughout the South East, including Ascot, Windsor, Virginia Water, Chobham, Camberley, Woking, Guildford, Cobham, and Oxshott. Central London is just 45 minutes away, while Heathrow Airport is only 25 minutes from site. Rail and airport transfer support is available for both UK and international clients.

How much notice do I need to give before collecting or dropping off my car?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice for collections, drop offs and deliveries. Whilst we will try our best to accommodate last minute requests, we may not always be able to facilitate them. Clients may make appointments to access their vehicle during working hours, Monday to Saturday on appointment. Out-of-hours access can be arranged at a charge of £40.00 + VAT.
Where are you located?
Our Google Map listings provide approximate locations however to safeguard the vehicles entrusted to us we do not publish our exact address or location. Please contact us with your enquiry for further information. Thank you for your understanding.
Can you provide transportation services?
As part of our concierge services, we can arrange transport services at competitive rates to/from any given destination, either using our fully trained drivers for local journeys or our enclosed transporter for longer distances (or situations where a client prefers covered transport). We also provide private shuttle transfers to and from Heathrow Airport and Woking Station to support seamless onward travel connections.
Am I able to swap vehicles in storage?
Once a client has placed a car with us, that space is theirs to use as they see fit and we will very happily look after another vehicle. Please note that our spaces are designed for vehicles up to 5 metres in length. Any substitute vehicle exceeding this size will need to be communicated to our team in advance so suitable arrangements can be made.
If my car needs an MOT or a service, are you able to assist?
Certainly, we can arrange MOTs, servicing, and general maintenance on your behalf, either through your preferred agents or via our trusted network. Whether your vehicle requires routine servicing, mechanical repairs, or bodywork, we act as a single point of contact to ensure all work is completed promptly and efficiently. We keep you fully informed throughout the entire process until completion.
