Access is available during working hours, Monday to Saturday on appointment. Should you wish to temporally extract and use the car at any time during its storage period then a minimum of 24 hours notice is required before collection. The car will be prepared before extraction and then methodically checked in on its return.

The location is highly discreet, far from passing traffic, and situated on the owner’s gated countryside estate. Vehicle access is controlled via keycoded electronic gates. The property is protected by Grade 3 intruder alarm systems and 24-hour CCTV, monitored remotely 365 days a year, with alarms connected to a private monitoring company for rapid response. On-site staff, including the owner, live on the estate, providing additional hands-on security. The address is not displayed online, and confidentiality and discretion are strictly maintained, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind.

All vehicles are attached to a CTEK conditioner for the entire duration of storage.

Tyres are inflated to 40-45 psi to prevent flat spots while vehicles are in storage.

Daily inspections of vehicles and the facilities are carried out twice a day. Every 7 days, the conditioner and drip tray are checked. Every 60 days, fluids and pressures checked, engine started, and the vehicle run up to temperature on the internal rolling road to lightly exercise mechanical and electrical components. 

Customers are welcome to swap vehicles upon request. The storage Fee will be based on the largest vehicle being stored with us.

If you would like to bring your daily car and take out your stored vehicle for a few hours or over the weekend, we can provide parking on the estate.

We are just 20 minutes from Heathrow Airport and can offer international clients convenient drop-off and collection services. We can also arrange for vehicles to be picked up from or delivered directly to Heathrow.

We are conveniently located just 10 minutes from Woking Station and provide complimentary collection and drop-off services. Woking Station is only 30 minutes from London Waterloo.

For local journeys, our courteous drivers are available for door-to-door deliveries. We also offer secure enclosed transport for vehicle relocation.

Vehicles in our care are insured in the unlikely event of damage, fire, and theft.

Customers are also required to maintain insurance covering the full value of their vehicle and to inform their insurer that their vehicle is stored at our facility.

For the privacy and security of all occupants, sales activities are strictly prohibited at the premises.
